100g grated cheddar cheese

1 cup cooked and chopped broccoli
1 pound cooked and shredded chicken breast

1/4 cup pitted black olives, finely chopped

Dough
In a bowl whisk together the flour, cheese, eggs, milk, butter, salt, and yeast
Knead the dough until it's smooth and easy to handle
Let it rest while you prepare the filling
Filling
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the onion
Add the broccoli, chicken, flour dissolved in milk, olives, salt, and pepper
Cook for 10 minutes
Roll out the dough, cover the bottom and sides of a baking dish
Reserve some dough to make strips
Place the filling, decorate with strips, brush with egg yolk, and bake.
