Add the ground meat, salt, and black pepper
Cook until the meat is tender and absorbs the liquid that forms

Wash and strain the flour well, without leaving it soggy
Boil the sweet potatoes and peel them
Mash the sweet potatoes in a bowl with the flour
Let it rest for an hour
Add salt, black pepper, and onion
Mix well
Add 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour and mix again
If not binding, add one more tablespoon of all-purpose flour
Shape the cakes by hand and fill with meat
Close them and fry in hot oil.
