1 salted ear of pork

Wash the ear of pork and ribs thoroughly
Place them in a large pot with water and let it simmer for a few minutes
Drain the liquid
In a large pot, combine 12 cups of water with beef, pork, and lamb, and bring to a boil
Simmer for 2 hours
Add chicken, paio, pancetta, prosciutto, and morcilla, and let it simmer for an additional 30 minutes
Add the remaining ingredients and let it cook until everything is tender
Serve hot.
