1/2 pound filet mignon
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
a can of sliced mushrooms
1 shot of vodka
1 teaspoon paprika
small onion, finely chopped
1 can of heavy cream
salt
rice for 4 people
1/2 pound filet mignon
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

1 can of heavy cream

rice for 4 people
Cut the meat into scallopine (small filets), season with salt and coat in flour
Fry them in two tablespoons of butter or margarine and reserve
In the same pan, place the remaining butter, add the finely chopped onion and let it brown well
Add the parsley, paprika, fried filets, vodka, and let it simmer for 5 more minutes
Remove the filets and place them on a platter
Combine the sauce with mushrooms and heavy cream, mixing well
Check if it needs more salt
Just before it boils, add the prepared rice, stirring well
Serve immediately with the filets.
