two cans of tuna in oil (or use other cooked fish)
3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cups crushed cream crackers
one tablespoon lemon juice
one tablespoon finely chopped onion
a pinch of salt
a pinch of pepper

Preheat the oven
Grease a rectangular baking dish or pizza pan
Mix the egg with the tuna
Add the remaining ingredients
Shape the mixture into a patty and place it in the prepared baking dish, or shape directly in the baking dish
Bake in medium heat for 45 minutes until golden brown and dry on top
Serve garnished with lemon slices and fresh parsley
If desired, cover with a white sauce made from cooked egg, chopped, and seasonings
Serves 4 people.
