1 envelope of vegetable broth
6 cups of water
1 can of white bean
1 cup of finely chopped cabbage
6 slices of crispy bacon, crumbled
1/4 teaspoon of oregano

Combine all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
If desired, use 1/2 cup of chopped ham instead of bacon
Serve 6 portions.
