Dice the bacon into small pieces
Combine water, cabbage, carrot, and bouillon tablets
Let it simmer and add the rice
Cook until the rice is tender
Taste and adjust the seasonings
Sprinkle shredded Parmesan cheese over each plate and serve for four people.
