1 tablespoon of your preferred herbs
Salt and black pepper to taste

Place the eggs, egg yolks, milk, and heavy cream in a blender
Blend until smooth
Set aside
Butter and flour a baking dish, then fill the bottom with seasoned cevadinha, herbs, salt, and pepper
Pour the reserved mixture over the filling and bake in a medium oven for 30 minutes or until firm
Serve with tomato sauce.
