1/2 kg of whole okra
1/2 kg of yam
salt to taste

Wash the okra and yam well
In a pot, place water and salt and bring to a boil
When it starts boiling, add the okra
Let the water boil again and cook for 2 minutes
Drain
Do the same with the yam, but let it simmer for 3 minutes
Serve in 12 portions
To freeze: let it cool down in a bowl placed over another one with water and ice
Place in a freezer bag suitable for freezing, remove air and put in the freezer
To thaw: remove from the freezer and place directly on heat
