Directions

Make the batter: Mix the flour, sugar, butter and lime zest, then knead quickly with your fingers to form a batter

Forge the sides and bottom of a removable pan with a fork, then place the batter in it

Bake in a medium preheated oven for 15-20 minutes approximately

Heat the heavy cream and add the unsweetened chocolate chips well chopped

Melt the chocolate well and pour over the baked batter cooled

Refrigerate until the creme is firm
