Soak the raisins in 3/4 cup (180 ml) of boiling water for 5 minutes
Drain and mix with rum
Let it sit for 15 minutes
In a small bowl, melt the chocolate and milk over low heat in a double boiler until smooth
Remove from heat and let cool
In a large bowl, beat the butter with 5 tablespoons of all-purpose flour until creamy and well combined
Add the yolks, melted chocolate, biscuit crumbs, vanilla extract, and raisins soaked in rum
Mix well
In a stand mixer, whip the whites until stiff peaks form, then gradually add the remaining flour, beating until smooth
Add a small amount of whipped cream to the chocolate mixture, mix well, and fold into the remaining whipped cream gently
Grease a 20 cm diameter cake pan with butter and line it with parchment paper
Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan and refrigerate for at least one day
To serve, unmold onto a plate, remove the parchment paper, and garnish with chocolate shavings
