In a bowl, combine the grated chocolate and water
Melt in a double boiler and reserve
2 In a stand mixer, beat the butter and confectioners' sugar until smooth
Add eggs one at a time and mix well with half of the flour
Add melted chocolate, cocoa powder, and remaining flour mixed with baking powder
3 Pour into the pan and bake for 1 hour
The center should be slightly moist when tested with a toothpick
Let cool and remove from pan
Topping
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, mix well with heavy cream, cream cheese, and malted chocolate
Assembly
Create a hole in the center of the cake with 10 cm diameter and 4 cm depth
Gently crumble the removed cake and mix in 1/4 of the topping creme
Fill the hole with the mixture and top with the remaining topping.
