Mixture
2 cups cooked rice
2 cups milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
2 tablespoons grated cheese
A pinch of salt
Stuffing
3 cups shredded leftover chicken
1 and 1/2 cups tomato sauce
3 tablespoons sour cream
To taste, salt, pepper, and chives
Grated cheese to sprinkle
Mixture

Mixture: Combine all ingredients in a blender and transfer to a buttered and floured refrigerator
Cover the bottom and sides with this mixture
Smooth well with a knife and reserve
Stuffing: Bring all ingredients to a boil and let thicken
Correct the salt and pepper and let simmer until thickened
Let cool and pour over the mixture
Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in medium heat for 30 minutes.
