Place the milk in a saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat
Beat the egg yolks with sugar until smooth
Add a little warm milk to the beaten eggs
Mix well and pour into the remaining milk in the saucepan
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened
Let it cool
Pour into tart crust
Decorate with custard in syrup and grapes or other fruits of your choice.
