2 tablespoons of butter

Lime juice from 3 limes

Bite the cookies and mix with butter to form a crumbly mixture
Use this to line the bottom and sides of a 18cm diameter mold with removable bottom
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes
Let it cool and reserve
Fillling
In a blender, mix condensed milk with lime juice until smooth
Add whipped cream without the serum and dissolved gelatin according to package instructions
Blend until all ingredients are incorporated
Place on top of the milk and refrigerate until the filling is firm
Decorate with thin slices of lemon and store in the refrigerator until serving time
Decorate with extremely fine slices of lemon.
