In a blender, beat the condensed milk, eggs, and butter
Place the mixture in a bowl and gradually add the cornstarch, flour, and yeast
Pour into a greased and floured tube pan
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown
Syrup
In a saucepan, combine the cornstarch dissolved in orange juice, grated carrot, and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the syrup thickens
Add the zest and strips of orange, then remove from heat
Let it cool
Place a slice of cake on a plate and drizzle with the syrup
