Preheat the oven to 400°F

In a bowl, mix together the mashed potato, butter, eggs, Parmesan cheese, capers, garlic, dried tomato, and basil

Grease a 20 cm x 28 cm tart pan with butter and fill it with half of the mixture

Spread the smoked ricotta cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese

Top with the remaining mixture and smooth out with a spatula

Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese and bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
