Bear 12 egg whites until stiff, gradually add 250 g of sugar and finally the chopped nuts
Make two layers in 26 cm greased and floured pans
Bake in a warm oven
For the pudding: Beat a little 12 yolks and 6 whole eggs just to mix
Add 1/2 kg of sugar and 1/2 cup of orange juice
Grease a pan with butter and bake for 45 minutes, approximately
Remove the pudding from the oven and let it cool well
Run a knife around the edges, shake the pan until you see that the pudding is well loose
Cover it inside the pan with a layer of whipped cream and then with a layer of walnut cake
Turn it upside down on a plate, add another layer of whipped cream and another of walnuts
Cover the entire cake with whipped cream.
