1 Butter both sides of the bread slices
In a bowl, mix together the tuna, tomatoes, onion, olives, salt, and black pepper
2 Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F)
In a blender, beat the cream cheese, milk, and egg until smooth
In a rectangular baking dish or a 30 cm (12 inch) round cake pan, layer the bread slices with the tuna mixture, ending with a bread slice
3 Fork the bread slices to create a rough surface
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the top of the tart
Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown
Let cool, then spread mayonnaise on top and garnish with chopped parsley or chives.
