2 cups of fine breadcrumbs, passed through a blender

Filling:
500g ricotta cheese, passed through a sieve
3 large mace fruits (approximately 600g), grated coarse
1 box of cherry or raspberry gelatin (85g)

Preheat the oven to moderate temperature (180°C)
Prepare the dough: place the blended breadcrumbs in a bowl and add melted butter
Press into the bottom and sides of a 26cm round refractory mold
Bake for about 8 minutes and let cool
Prepare the filling: mix all ingredients well and fill the dough
Refrigerate until firm
Cut into 18 pieces.
