Cream the butter until smooth
Add the egg, water, and vanilla extract, and beat for an additional 5 minutes
Combine the flour, baking powder, and beat until a homogeneous dough forms
Add the melted chocolate and beat for another 5 minutes
Add the desiccated coconut and mix with a spatula
Form balls of 1.5 cm in diameter and flatten slightly with a fork
Place them on lightly greased baking sheets and bake at 200°F (preheated oven) for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown
