For the dough
3 cups of all-purpose flour
1 cup (strong brew) of olive oil
1 tablespoon of butter, softened
1 teaspoon of active dry yeast
1 teaspoon of salt
About 1/2 cup of white wine, dry
Filling ingredients
500g of ricotta cheese
200g of pepperoni salami, finely chopped or crushed
4 eggs
1 tablespoon of grated manioc
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all the ingredients on a smooth surface and knead until you get a homogeneous and soft dough
Let it rest while preparing the filling
For the filling
Mix all the ingredients well
Assembling the cake
Open the dough and line an oiled mold with it
Next, pour in the filling
With the remaining dough, cut 1cm-wide strips, forming a grid
Brush with egg wash
Bake in a hot oven until the filling is firm and the dough is golden.
