In a blender, beat the milk, oil, and eggs until well combined

Still blending, add the flour gradually, beating until just combined

Next, mix in the yeast and salt

Turn half of the dough into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish

Top with sardine pieces and cover with the remaining dough

Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese over the top of the tart

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°F for approximately 30 minutes, or until golden
