Melt the chocolate in a water bath and mix with the cream to form a creamy mixture
In an 18 cm diameter mold with a removable bottom, place a layer of broken meringues, a layer of chocolate cream, and a layer of slightly softened whipped cream

Freeze for at least six hours and unmold when serving.
