1 Heat the olive oil, sauté the onion, garlic, and cook the ground beef until it's dry
Add the tomato, season with salt, pepper, cinnamon, and let it simmer for 10 minutes

In a blender, beat the cream cheese, yogurt, and egg
Fold in the whipped egg whites and pour over the meat and eggplant
Place the dish under the broiler or until golden brown.
