Wash the corn, cut off the husks and reserve
Wash the cabbage and remove the stem
Cut the leaves into small pieces and reserve
Use half the butter to sauté the onion and corn for 15 minutes or until the corn is soft
Add a little hot water, just enough not to burn
Combine the cabbage and half the salt
Mix well and remove from heat. Reserve
Dough
Put the remaining butter, milk, eggs, and flour into a blender
Add the salt and blend until smooth
Spoon out half the dough onto a greased baking dish and spread the filling
Cover with the remaining dough and sprinkle with cheese
Bake in a medium oven until golden brown
Remove from oven and serve hot or at room temperature.
