1 1/2 cups (about) of finely chopped chicken breast
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 cup of onion
1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of milk, approximately
2 tomatoes, peeled and seeded
1 1/2 mangoes
1/2 roll of puff pastry
1 piece of fresh ginger
Salt and black pepper to taste
Oil for frying

Heat the olive oil and sauté the onion
Sprinkle with flour and chicken, and stir until well combined
Add milk slowly and stir until a thick cream forms
Season with salt and black pepper
Remove from heat and let cool
Roll out the puff pastry and fill the pasties
Set aside
Make the sauce by blending the mangoes and tomatoes into a thick cream, season with salt, black pepper, and ginger
Fry the pasties in hot oil and serve with the sauce.
