1 Preheat the oven to 200°C
In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuit and butter until well combined
2 Line the bottom and sides of a 24cm removable tart pan with the mixture
3 In a blender, blend the cheese, eggs, heavy cream, grated coconut, and cornstarch
Pour over the mixture, bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown
Let cool
4 In a saucepan, combine the water, guava, and let simmer on low heat, stirring constantly until it melts
Let it cool, then place it on top of the tart
Serve chilled.
