50g semi-sweet chocolate

Take small portions of the white chocolate fondant (about 1 tablespoon) and shape it into a circle in the palm of your hand using your pinky finger
Place a grape in the center and roll it to cover the entire grape with the fondant
Place the truffles on parchment paper or a plate and refrigerate for 30 minutes
Melt the white chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate together according to the basic method
Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate
Place them back on the parchment paper or plate to dry
After they dry, decorate with melted white chocolate using a piping bag with a small round tip
Make 20 truffles.
