Step 1
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and set aside
Beat the butter with the sugar (in an electric mixer or with a whisk)
Add the eggs one at a time and mix well
Add the melted chocolate and beat until well mixed
Add the egg whites and mix with a spatula (rubber spatula)
Step 2
Divide the dough in two
In one, mix the flour and bake in a round, greased and floured mold for 25 minutes at medium/high heat
Put the other half in the refrigerator
Remove from mold and cover with the chilled half
Dust with chopped or grated chocolate
Refrigerate until serving.
