10 spoons of sugar-free icing
12 spoons of melted chocolate
3 cans of cold cream gelatin
200g of milk chocolate chips for decoration
Glaze
2 cups (chá) of milk
1 spoon of butter
3 spoons of melted chocolate

Dough
Beat the egg whites until fluffy
Add the yolks and beat again
Add the sugar, milk, water, and continue beating without stopping
Reduce speed and add flour and chocolate
Pour into a greased and floured pan and bake in a medium oven
Glaze
Bring ingredients to boil and let simmer
Wait for it to cool completely
Filling
Mix sugar and chocolate
Add cream of milk to the mixer, on low speed, add the mixture of sugar and chocolate
Beat well
Assembly
Cut dough into three parts
Soak each part with glaze and spread filling
Assemble the cake and top with remaining filling
Sprinkle with grated milk chocolate and serve chilled
