1 teaspoon active dry yeast

Fry the onion in butter for a few minutes
Add water and let it simmer until the onion is soft
Remove from heat and let it cool
Cut the corn kernels into smaller pieces and blend with milk in a blender
Add the cooked onion, eggs, cheese, and blend until smooth
Pour into a 23x25cm greased baking dish
Bake at 200°C for about 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Cut into squares and serve as an accompaniment to meat or as a snack
