Beat the butter with the sugar until smooth
Add the egg yolks one by one, beating continuously
Gradually add the flour, mixing well until a smooth dough forms
Use this dough to line mini muffin tin cups
Bake in a moderate oven, preheated, until the dough is golden brown and set
Let cool, remove from molds, and fill with sweet cream of cupuaรงu, or other fruit like bacuri, murici, guava, banana, if desired
Alternatively, fill with ice cream, like tapereba ice cream, which also tastes great
Yield: 12 servings.
