For the glaze:
50g dark chocolate chips
50g unsalted butter or margarine, softened
50g ground almonds

Combine the sifted flour with the eggs, softened butter or margarine, and ground almonds
After obtaining a compact dough, but not overworked, let it rest for half an hour
Next, roll out the dough and cut it into shapes resembling bunnies or other small animals
Place the cookie pieces on an ungreased baking sheet and bake them in the oven
At the same time, melt the chocolate chips and butter or margarine in a double boiler
Mix well and off heat, add ground almonds and vanilla extract
Mix well and spread this prepared mixture with a spatula on top of the cookie pieces shaped like bunnies, allowing for the glaze to dry completely before serving.
