In a blender, beat the eggs, milk, oil, wheat flour, cornstarch, yeast, and salt
Filling
In a pan, heat the olive oil and fry the crab meat
Add the onion, garlic, and let it brown
Add the tomato, season with salt, pepper, and turn off the heat
Garnish with cilantro and let it cool
Distribute the dough into 12 muffin tin cups greased with butter, spread the filling, and top with the remaining dough
Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
