To make the dough, combine all ingredients
Let it rest for 20 minutes
Roll out the dough thinly over a lightly floured surface
Grease small cake molds with butter and fill them with the dough
Place a little gelatin dessert at the bottom of each cake
Mix eggs with sugar and beat well
Add walnuts
Mix well
Add this mixture to each cake, leaving enough space for the remaining dough to be used as a cross pattern
Brush with egg and bake in a moderate oven for about 20 minutes.
