200g ice cream (your preferred flavor)
2 tablespoons finely chopped almonds
2 tablespoons shredded coconut

Sift the flour with the yeast into a bowl
Sprinkle with salt
Cover with small pieces of butter or margarine
Add 3 tablespoons of cold milk and knead until you get a smooth dough
Refrigerate for 1 hour
Dust a surface with all-purpose flour and roll out the dough thinly
Cut circles approximately 8 cm in diameter
Mix the ice cream with the shredded coconut and almonds, and spread over the dough circles
Fold the pastry in half and press the edges together using a fork dusted with flour
Place the pies in a buttered baking dish
Brush with milk and bake at moderate temperature
The pies should take about 15 minutes to cook.
