1 cup of ready-made minute mixture

2 tablespoons of mayonnaise

Preheat the oven to a high temperature (200°F)
Mix together the minute mixture and pickle relish in a medium-sized bowl until well combined
Add milk and mix until smooth
Place the dough on a floured surface and knead until it becomes smooth
Roll out the dough into a rectangle measuring 28 cm x 18 cm and place it in a lightly greased baking dish
Arrange the slices of cooked ham over the dough, leaving space between each slice
Mix together the mayonnaise and chopped pickles, then spread this mixture evenly over the ham
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until the edges start to brown
Remove from the oven and top with tomato wedges and 2 triangles of mozzarella cheese each
Return to the oven for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly
Cut into quarters and serve hot
Dish out 4 portions.
