Mix the cream cheese, chopped scallion, and chopped green onion, and set aside

Place the ricotta cheese and provolone cheese in a large bowl and beat until well mixed
Set it aside
Now it's time to assemble..
Use the cookie cutter to cut out 15 bread slices into rounds
Place the green onion rings on 15 of the rounds, and the yellow onion rings on the remaining 15
Cut the quail eggs in half lengthwise and place one half on top of each round
Make the rabbit ears with radish casing
Use the scallion for the rabbit's whiskers
Make the eyes with black olives
Leave it in the refrigerator until serving time.
