1/2 kg of cassava flour (biju)

4 tablespoons well-filled with butter
100 g of crispy-fried bacon, diced
1 cup of white seedless grape
1 cup of chopped almonds
1 cup of green pitted olives
1 cup of chopped fresh parsley
4 cooked and chopped eggs
Salt and black pepper

Fry the bacon
Melt the butter and caramelize the onion
Add all ingredients, except cassava flour
Season with salt and black pepper to taste, and finally mix in the cassava flour gradually
