In a bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and beer to obtain a smooth batter
Cover and let it rest for at least 1 hour in room temperature
Wrap each piece of cheese with an anchovy strip
Secure with toothpick
Refrigerate for 1 hour
Dip the fritters in the batter, letting any excess batter drip off, then fry in hot oil about 2 cm deep until golden brown and crispy
Drain on paper towels
Remove toothpicks
