Mix the Parmesan cheese, egg white, salt, yeast, and butter or margarine
Gradually add the all-purpose flour until a smooth and homogeneous dough forms
Take small pieces of dough each time
Shape into a ball
Make an indentation with a spoon
Place in a baking dish
Put in a moderate oven preheated to 170°C (338°F) and bake until lightly golden
Let it cool and fill with mustard sauce (see recipe below)
Serve with herring
