1 In a blender, blend the green corn, milk, butter, wheat flour, and salt
Place the mixture in a saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it forms a crust on the bottom
Let it cool down
2 With your hands, shape the nuggetts
Dip them in egg and then in sweet bread crumbs
Heat plenty of oil in a frying pan and fry the nuggetts until they're golden brown
Place them on paper towels to drain excess fat.
