On a surface, place the all-purpose flour, make an indentation in the center, add the salt, 1/4 cup water, and the olive oil
Mix until a dough forms
Wrap it in plastic film and reserve
Prepare the filling: In a pan, heat the olive oil, add the garlic and spinach leaves, simmer for 3 minutes, stirring constantly
Remove from heat and drain the spinach in a fine-mesh sieve, pressing out excess liquid. Reserve
On a surface dust with all-purpose flour, open the dough into a square of 34 x 25 cm and cut it into 8 parts to form squares of 10 x 10 cm
Place one slice of ham folded in half and some spinach filling on each half of the dough square
Fold the square into a rectangle and close well
Heat a non-stick skillet, brush with olive oil, reduce heat, and add the stuffed triangles
Fry until golden brown, pressing gently with a spatula
Flip to cook the other side and then serve hot
Repeat the process until all 8 triangles are cooked and golden brown
