1 pinch of salt
2 tablespoons of cold water

1/4 cup of diced mango
1/4 cup of raisins
1/4 cup of chopped dried damask

Pastry Dough: Place the flour in a bowl and add the butter
Mix quickly, add salt, and add cold water as needed to form a firm dough
Knead for 5 minutes, cover with cloth, and reserve
Filling: Mix all ingredients and shape into rolls
Cut the dough into 5 squares, spread the filling, and close each part of the dough like rolls
Arrange on a baking sheet and bake in a medium preheated oven.
