Preheat the oven to high temperature
In a saucepan, combine cassava, milk, 1 cup of coconut milk, butter, sugar, and salt
Bring to medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens like a pudding
Transfer the mixture to the prepared parchment paper and spread the remaining coconut milk on top
Bake in a hot oven for an hour and ten minutes or until the surface is golden brown
Remove from the oven and let cool
Cut into squares 3 cm wide and serve.
