Butter 4 squares of aluminum foil
Place tomato cubes and 1 fish fillet on top of each square
Season with salt, black pepper, and sprinkle with chopped parsley; drizzle with 1 tablespoon of fresh cream over each fillet
Fold the squares to form triangles and bake in a preheated oven at 210°C for 10 minutes.
