1 can of sweetened condensed milk

2 tablespoons brandy
100g chopped nuts
1 teaspoon strong brewed coffee
500g dark or white chocolate for coating
Cocoa powder or chocolate shavings for dusting

In a saucepan, place the sweetened condensed milk and bring to a simmer over low heat
As soon as it starts to boil, remove from heat, add the chocolate chips and glucose, and stir until the chocolate melts
Add the brandy, chopped nuts, and strong brewed coffee
Mix well
Mold into truffles using a spatula
Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for 1 hour
Shape the truffles with a spoon and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Refrigerate for another 30 minutes
Melt the chocolate for coating according to package instructions
Dip the truffles in the melted chocolate, working in batches of 10
Place the dipped truffles on a tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate until set
Dust with cocoa powder or chocolate shavings.
