1 pound of carioca or red beans

Cook the beans
After cooking, blend them in a blender
In a frying pan, sauté the garlic with onion and green herbs
Add the smoked bacon when it's nicely browned, then add the blended beans
When the beans are boiling, add cornstarch, stirring until thickened
Set aside
On one side, thinly slice the scallions
Fry the pork loin, beef, and pork cracklings
Assemble the tutu in a baking dish and decorate with scallions, pork loin, beef, and pork cracklings.
