2 spoons of acacia honey
2 spoons of vinegar or lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

Drain and reserve the liquid in which the vagem was cooked
Add sufficient water to make 1 cup (if necessary)
Melt the butter, add the wheat flour, mix well, and add the vagem liquid together with the honey, vinegar or lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste
Add the vagem and serve warm
